• You contribute your time, creativity, and consistency to create short videos around the Puffys.

2. Requirements to continue in the program

As an accepted creator, you confirm that you meet the minimum requirements and you agree to maintain them throughout your participation.

• Be at least 16 years old at the time to participate.
• Have a mobile phone that records in at least HD quality (ideally 4K) and with enough storage to save and upload your videos.

3. Minimum refundable package and conditions

To create content you need at least one Puffy and some outfits. The minimum refundable package is agreed upon with you before we start.

3.1. What does the minimum pack include?

• Normally, the minimum package consists of 1 Puffy in the color of your choice + 2 outfits .

3.2. Pack Refund

4. Initial content challenge (30 days · 60 videos)

4.1. Duration and objective

• Challenge duration: 30 consecutive days from the agreed start date.
• Goal: to publish 60 short videos during those 30 days (average of 2 videos per day).

4.2. Publication rate and “jokers”

• The general guideline is 2 videos per day .
• You have up to 7 “jokers” (margin days) to make up for days when you were unable to publish.

5. Commissions, levels and payment method

5.2. How sales are attributed

• Your sales will be tracked through a unique link, discount code and/or tracking system that Casa Puffy will make it easy for you.

5.3. Payment method and terms

• A monthly closing will be carried out with the confirmed sales attributable to your activity.

• As the creator, you are responsible for declaring this income according to your country's tax regulations.

6. Casa Puffy TikTok account

Casa Puffy will give you access to a TikTok account specifically for the creator program, usually with 0 followers and intended only for Puffys content.

6.1. Rules of use

• This account is exclusively for Casa Puffy content. (Puffys, outfits, related products).
• It should not be used as a personal account or to upload unrelated content. with the brand.
• Communication with the audience should be respectful and conflict-free. nor messages that damage the image of Casa Puffy.

6.2. Using your own account (optional)

• Having your own TikTok account is not mandatory to participate in the program.

7. Ownership of the content and use by Casa Puffy

8. Reasons for suspension or withdrawal from the program

9. Communication, updates and support
